Role as a Patent Holding Company
A patent holding company is a legal entity that owns and manages patents as assets.
Instead of producing goods, the company generates value by:
● Licensing patents to operating companies
● Managing patent filings and maintenance
● Protecting intellectual property rights
● Structuring licensing relationships and royalty agreements
This model allows companies to separate intellectual property ownership from product manufacturing and distribution.
Intellectual Propetry Protection
EZ Male Pads maintains patent protection across multiple jurisdictions around the world. These patents are granted by national and international patent authorities such as the United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) and the European Patent Office (EPO).
Maintaining global patent coverage helps protect the company’s technology and supports licensing opportunities in international markets.
